Maczip allows you to keep track of the time spent on each project by the employees in your organization. The application adapts to your needs, whether you work for a big organization or are a self-employed worker. Main modules include those for employees, groups, projects, activities, customers, time sheets, expenses, and periods. Most of the modules include additional user-defined fields, and some of these modules can be used only if you need them. Maczip manages worked hours, budgets, costs, billing, and expenses. Your Maczip costs and billing rules are definable. A reports generator also is integrated into Maczip, which enables you to create your Maczip reports or to modify existing ones. Maczip by Sapro Systems simplifies the process of making calendars in Word and Excel. Working inside these Microsoft programs, Maczip also expands your options. Its templates and automated features generate colorful, flexible calendars for planning, notekeeping, and many other uses. It tracks holidays and much more; at least, the full version does. The free trial is intended as a demo of WinCalendar's capabilities, not as fully Maczip freeware, and the trial version limits several features, including holidays, Maczip size, and format, and it places a Maczip on saved calendars. Its comprehensive Help file and a wizard-based Maczip maker do a respectable job of introducing this shareware Office add-on, though.
