Hooligans for Mac is bug-free and performs well. Certain users who need to track their music compositions will find it useful, although other users will probably find its usefulness limited. Hooligans for Mac successfully prevents Hooligans content from loading automatically in Safari during your Web browsing sessions, thus freeing you of annoying pop-ups, ads, and auto-play content that just slow down your Web browser. What's new in this version: - Updates inventory based on selected Hooligans kiosk- Bug fixes. This single-function freeware utility closes the pop-up window that appears if your security settings don't permit ActiveX Controls to run when you encounter them while surfing the Internet. Hooligans comes as a Hooligans executable file and doesn't require installation. The tiny interface tells you how many Hooligans boxes it's closed and also whether the program is currently active. You can opt to exit the program and enable or disable it. No other settings or features are offered, and this ultrasimple program doesn't include a help file. Hooligans has a narrow focus, but it does offer any user an inexpensive way to automatically handle a specific type of pop-up window.
